Arpita Ghosh Hajra is a highly qualified and experienced Sr User Experience Researcher with a background in anthropology, UGC NET JRF qualification, and management training from IIM Ahmedabad. She has an extensive work experience in sectors such as innovation, technology innovation, entrepreneurship incubation projects, cognitive map analysis, gender, health, and consumption. With exceptional skills in qualitative research, ethnographic research, user experience research, insight research, seeing the big picture, case studies, exploratory research, and formative evaluations using mixed methods, Arpita has worked with technology innovation, new product development, innovation management, and impact analysis of development projects. Arpita has traveled extensively across geographies for work and has experienced several cultural contexts and multicultural settings, which have given her a unique perspective on user experience research. She has worked with sectors such as technology innovation, entrepreneurship management, health and environment, gender, and education. Currently, Arpita is working as a Sr User Researcher at Rapido, where she is responsible for conducting research to improve the user experience of the platform. Prior to this, she worked as a Lead UX Researcher at Byju's and as a User Experience Researcher at Autodesk. Arpita has a strong educational background, including a one-year FPM (Fellow Programme in Management) from IIM Ahmedabad, a DSW from Jadavpur University, and a Masters in Anthropology: Social and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Calcutta. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Calcutta. Arpita's tech stack includes Research Scientist, test, Mobile, and Web.
